1. Services

GMK Group provides lead generation and marketing services for businesses. We connect prospective customers ("Leads") with our clients based on the services and geographic areas selected by the client.

A Lead is defined as a prospective customer who has expressed interest in a service offered by the client. GMK Group does not guarantee appointments, sales, contracts, or revenue from any Lead provided.

2. Pay-Per-Lead Billing

Clients are charged on a pay-per-lead basis. Charges may occur before or upon delivery of a Lead, depending on the billing arrangement agreed upon between GMK Group and the client.

By providing payment information, you authorize GMK Group to charge your payment method for all Leads delivered under your account.

3. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

GMK Group maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a Lead has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

A Lead that does not convert into a sale, appointment, or customer does not qualify for a refund.

4. Lead Delivery

Leads may be delivered through SMS, email, CRM software, phone notification, or other communication channels designated by GMK Group.

The client is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring all delivery channels.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond to Leads promptly.

• Maintain valid payment information.

• Provide accurate business information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when contacting Leads.

GMK Group is not responsible for a client's failure to follow up with Leads.

6. Service Modifications

GMK Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice.

Service areas, industries, and lead qualifications may be updated as business needs require.

7. Account Suspension

If a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, or otherwise fails, GMK Group may immediately suspend lead delivery and access to any related services until payment issues are resolved.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact GMK Group directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for validly delivered Leads may result in account suspension or termination and may subject the client to collection efforts for unpaid balances.

9. No Guarantee of Results

GMK Group does not guarantee:

• Sales

• Revenue

• Return on investment (ROI)

• Appointment bookings

• Customer conversions

Results depend on numerous factors outside GMK Group's control, including pricing, competition, sales ability, response times, and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMK Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Lead giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may discontinue the business relationship at any time. Termination will stop future lead delivery but does not affect charges for Leads already delivered.

12. Changes to These Terms

GMK Group may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
